I had 17 years of customers, inventory, all that information in QuickBooks. One evening when I left the store, I exported my stuff to an Excel spreadsheet — my customers, vendors, inventory, gift cards, all that information. I sent it to y'all, and when we opened up on Tuesday, we were live . I didn't have to do anything.

Y'all set everything up and made it a super easy transition. I think I had a hundred questions typed out in a document whenever I was on a call with y'all, and y'all were able to answer all of them.

Y'all set up all the integrations with Lightspeed Accounting so everything posted to QuickBooks and went to the right account based on my previous system.
