Vince Anselmo

President

Vince and his wife, Michelle, founded iPOS in 2008 to help business owners simplify and strengthen operations with smarter POS solutions. He brings 20+ years of hands-on experience from his family’s POS company and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science — expertise he applies every day to guide clients to the right systems and long-term results.

Outside the office, Vince enjoys time outdoors hunting deer, black bear, and turkey, and he helps coach Little League with his brother. He serves on two local nonprofit boards, and he and Michelle are active in their church and community. They live just outside Lewisburg and are proud parents of two young adults — Isabel, a high school Spanish teacher, and Oscar, a U.S. Airman.

Sharon Ryder

Director of Finance

Sharon joined iPOS in 2012 after 13 years as a CPA. She blends deep accounting expertise with a customer-service mindset, helping clients gain clarity, improve efficiency, and keep their businesses running smoothly.

A lifelong Central Pennsylvania resident and Shippensburg University graduate, Sharon spends much of her free time supporting her family — often cheering on her two sons at collegiate cross country and track meets. She also serves on her church’s leadership team, stays active, and enjoys quiet moments with a good book.

Morgan Holl

Project Coordinator

Morgan came to iPOS in 2023 with a decade of customer service and POS experience. As a project coordinator, she’s a dependable point of contact through implementation — keeping timelines on track, communication clear, and customers supported from kickoff to go-live.

Born and raised in Homer, New York, Morgan attended Tompkins Cortland Community College. She and her husband, Evan, built their home in the woods and are raising two young daughters. Away from work, she enjoys family time, outdoor adventures, baking, and a good cup of coffee.

Michael Long

Support Technician

Michael joined iPOS in 2013 with 30+ years in IT and related fields. He brings deep knowledge of hardware, software, networking, communications, and audio/video — partnering with clients across the U.S. and abroad to solve problems quickly and move their businesses forward.

Based in central Pennsylvania’s Susquehanna Valley, Michael enjoys exploring all forms of media in his downtime — especially music, a timeless soundtrack to life’s most memorable moments.
